1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IsoPeel (“the Service”) at isopeel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all features of the Service, including the IsoPeel Compliance Checker, auto-fix tools, image processing tools (resize, compress, convert, metadata removal), Product Shot Studio (background removal), and any future features we may add.

2. Description of Service

IsoPeel is a free, client-side marketplace compliance checking and image processing platform designed for online sellers and e-commerce businesses. All processing happens entirely in your browser — no images are uploaded to any server. Our tools include:

IsoPeel Compliance Checker (Free, Unlimited)

Upload product photos and instantly verify compliance against marketplace image requirements for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Google Shopping, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace. Checks include dimensions, file format, file size, background color, aspect ratio, color space (sRGB), DPI, product fill percentage, and content restrictions (text, watermarks, borders). This tool is free and unlimited with no signup required.

Auto-Fix Tools (Free, Unlimited)

Automatically correct compliance issues by chaining multiple fixes (resize, compress, format conversion, background adjustment, metadata removal). All auto-fix operations are free and unlimited with no signup required. Processing is performed entirely in your browser.

Free Image Processing Tools (Unlimited)

Free standalone tools available to all users with no limits or signup required:

• Resize: Custom dimensions with cover/contain/stretch modes, platform presets
• Compress: Adjust JPEG/WebP quality to reduce file size
• Convert: Convert between PNG, JPEG, and WebP formats
• Remove Metadata: Strip EXIF data, GPS coordinates, and camera info while preserving image orientation

Product Shot Studio (Background Removal — Free, Unlimited)

AI-powered background removal with composition tools (white background, solid colors, custom backgrounds). This tool is free and unlimited with no signup required. All processing is performed client-side in your browser.

3. No Account Required

IsoPeel is a fully free, client-side tool that requires no account creation, registration, or login. All features are available immediately without signup. No personal information is collected or stored.

4. Client-Side Processing

All image processing on IsoPeel happens entirely within your browser. Your images are never uploaded to or stored on any external server. This means:

• Your images remain on your device at all times
• No server-side storage or transmission of your photos occurs
• Processing speed depends on your device's hardware capabilities
• An internet connection is required only to load the website — processing itself is offline-capable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that contain illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related content, or content that violates intellectual property rights
• Upload images that you do not have the right to use or process
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Use the Service to process images for illegal marketplaces or fraudulent product listings
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service

Violation of these terms may result in restriction of access to the Service.

6. Image Rights and Ownership

You retain all rights to images you process. Because all processing happens client-side in your browser, your images are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not claim ownership of your images.

AI Training: We do not use your images to train AI models, sell to third parties, or use for any purpose. Your images never leave your device.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and process all images you load into the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The IsoPeel Service, including the compliance checker algorithm, auto-fix logic, user interface, website design, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by IsoPeel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Processed images (backgrounds removed, auto-fixed photos, etc.) are your property and you may use them commercially without attribution. However, you may not resell access to the Service itself or create a competing service based on our tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Compliance checks will be 100% accurate (marketplace requirements change frequently)
• Auto-fix operations will produce perfect results in all cases
• Background removal AI will work flawlessly on all images
• Your product listings will be accepted by marketplaces after using our tools

You are responsible for verifying that your product photos meet marketplace requirements before uploading them to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or other platforms. IsoPeel is a tool to assist you, but we are not liable for rejected listings, lost sales, or marketplace penalties.

In no event shall IsoPeel, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption) arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IsoPeel and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Images you process using the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• Your use of processed images in product listings or marketing materials

11. Termination

We may restrict or block your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms IsoPeel or other users.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation in accordance with Australian consumer law and dispute resolution procedures, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If you are an Australian consumer, you have rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty products or services.

For users outside Australia: While these Terms are governed by Australian law, we will make reasonable efforts to comply with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction where applicable.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
